We strive to provide our children, youth, and adults with services tailored to their individual needs. Treatment plans of care are established for each child, youth, and adult within the out of home care setting in conjunction with the individual, placing agency, resource person and the family as much as possible where applicable.
Our homes provide the following services
For Child/Youth

Clinical treatment through professional consultants, therapeutic recreational and rehabilitation programming including but not limited to; swimming, team sports, recreational activities, arts, music, etc.

Skill development and education, health and sexuality, conflict resolution, anger management, crisis intervention, mediation and teen violence prevention.

Pro-social life skills training and development.

Short-term and long-term case management services.

Supportive and instrumental counseling for individuals and their families regarding accommodations, education, finances, family dynamics and long-term planning.

Year-round special and seasonal activities/outings.

Ongoing staff training and development, which will empower staff and enhance the staff level of service and support to the children in care.

Community involvement, which includes members of the local community who are willing to contribute their time to be positive role models for the growth and successful development of the individuals in the home.

For Adult

Home Support Workers
We provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks, while also offering emotional support and companionship.

Assisting with activities of daily living
including helping with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility including driving to appointments and other activities of daily living.

Meal preparation and feeding
Grocery Shopping, planning and preparing meals, and assisting with eating, including special diets.

Personal hygiene
Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as showering, brushing teeth, and grooming.

Mobility assistance
Helping clients move around safely, including walking, transfers, and using mobility aids.
